We offer four different levels of service: 1) simple auditing if you need a second opinion; 2) an ongoing “on-call” a help desk for the peace of mind knowing that you have an expert available should you have a problem; 3) outside experts for completion of time-sensitive special projects; and 4) complete management of one or more “back office” function, including HR services, accounting and financial management, and IT support. Would you lose control of your business if you worked with us?

No. Even if you have us manage your back office services, you would retain ownership of the company and you’d still control its operations. Our job would simply be to remove the burden of completing administrative tasks. As experts in providing HR services, accounting and financial management, and IT support, we would be able to provide you with strategies for improving operational efficiencies as well as safety and compliance procedures. And, we’d be able to give you access to a wide range of potential employee benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, retirement saving plans, job counseling, adoption assistance, training, credit union memberships and other banking privileges, flex spending accounts—benefits that most neither afford nor manage on their own.

Who is responsible for employment laws and regulations?

As the employer, you are required to comply with all employment laws and regulations. However, as local experts in HR services, accounting and financial management, and IT support, we can alert you to the blind spots that can put your business at risk as well as update you on new regulations to help you stay in complete compliance of the law.

Why did we start Reach360?

While the Michiana area is a thriving entrepreneurial climate with a host of businesses, many of its companies were started by people who have strengths in operations or sales and marketing but lack a background in HR services, accounting and financial management, and information technology. We also found that many of companies cannot afford to hire experts in these areas. This lack of expertise, coupled with a lack of time to focus on back office functions, could put many small businesses at risk. We believe that Reach360 is the way to minimize this risk. Our team has decades of collective experience and has expertise in virtually all of the administrative and functional tasks required for running a business as well as experience in mergers and acquisitions.
