Your ACCOUNTING STRATEGY If you are a small business and current demand is stretching your accounting staff or if you are looking for a way to not add people, Reach360 accounting back-office solutions are a fit for you. Our dedicated team of accounting professionals is designed to meet your regular weekly, monthly and quarterly processing needs.Your team can be designed with any combination of skills including controller, bookkeeper and software specialist. Your CONTROLLER Each month, your controller issues financial statements and reports areas of change or importance in your business’s performance since the previous month and compared to the previous year. The controller also conducts a periodic review of your general ledger with the bookkeeper to check postings, accruals and adjustments relative to your activity. At least quarterly, our services include a meeting with your controller to discuss critical areas that need attention and options for proper financial management in the future.
Your BOOKKEEPER Your bookkeeper maintains updated records for accounts payable, cash accounts and general ledger accounts. The bookkeeper is responsible for daily entry of accounting transactions including bills, payments, disbursements and recent accounts receivable transactions.
SOFTWARE SPECIALIST Whether you use QuickBooks® or other software solutions, data accuracy and software updates are important to maintain. Your software specialist ensures that data and transactions are secure and that you are taking advantage of the most recent technology applications to streamline and automate your accounting functions.
